I wanted to rec this story from a little known/recc'd author, because it's such a beautiful story. It really tugs on the heartstrings and it always makes me cry. The OCs in it are totally believable too.

Basically Doyle is sick and almost in a 'living coma', if you know what I mean; he's able to follow commands but wont do anything of his own accord. Because certain of Doyle's family members believe Bodie is to be blamed, he has been banned from ever visiting Doyle. It's also obvious that Doyle's family do not know that they are lovers. It doesnt stop Bodie from loitering outside in the cold, though.

It's a read for when you are feeling down and unloved, and I cant recommend it enough.
