I would suggest you go through The Professionals Forum but it seems I've banned. Weird considering I don't think I've ever posted there, and since I can't find anybody to tell me why, I suppose I'll leave you each to decide how to purchase your new boxed set.

Yeah, strange, but I know stores do this all the time. I like the idea of a nice box, but then the other way you get more pretty packaging. So buy one boxed set and one set of the four seasons. *g*

BTW, is there anything different on the separate boxes by way of extras?

Ive got the remastereds as a box set, and I actually wish I'd bought them separately - the box is flimsy and I worry all the time that I'm going to tear it when I pull the dvd season boxes out... Personally I'd say save your money! And I've not heard anyone say there are more extras on the separate boxes... I've the original dvds as separates, and to be honest I far prefer them - and they've got extras (not great ones, but still - extras!) *g*

I have the original boxed set as well. It has the extras on it that aren't on these remasters so I kept them both. Might as well have a back-up.

Erm... *thinks hard cos is too lazy to get up from bed where I'm sitting with lappie*... there's an American trailer for Pros (which actually is worth the price of admission) and various files with cast and crew listed, and little bios... oh, and a similar file about the clothes and the cars... not particularly worth the price of admission... But I like them... *g* I dunno - maybe it's partly nostalgia too (oh, the good old days of 2005... *g*) or that fabulous grainy grey-brown, or... *g*

Oh, a file about their clothes? *is very muchly interested* Damn it, you almost make it tempting for me to get the non-remastered set on amazon. I'm pretty sure grainy grey-brown carries with it some sort of appeal...
