Like Alexandra

So much to read and so little time in which to read it...

I'd be very grateful if someone could point me in the direction of an author or some fic that has the same qualities I've found I like in Alexandra's fic in the Circuit Archive (without the non-British English faux pas, but I can even forgive Alexandra these).

Essentially these qualities are; where B & D's feelings are mutual and reciprocal, and suitably X-rated, where there is warmth and humour, and what angst and unrequited love there is resides in the bosoms of other characters, if any.

Any suggestions, please?

Most of HGs. Actually if you are not a fan of angst most of my recs (http://www.alijot.net/The_Professionals_Recs.htm#Fan%20Fiction%20Recs) might be to your taste. I can only take a certain amount of angst at any one time and warmth and humour are pretty essential for my enjoyment of a story.

Again, my pleasure. :-) I've been rather slack at adding recs of late I know. I still love the Pros, but have to admit that of late a certain Mohinder Suresh and Sylar of Heroes have rather consumed my reading time. I will try a be a little more diligent. ;-)

I've read every rec on An's page and she picks just wonderfully good stories. I was happy to discover that I have favourites I never would have found if not for this list. 10. Blood Still Cries by Debra Hicks is now one of my top ten favourites.

And do go to alicambs's rec's list that she posted above. She tends to like most of the same stories I do and I have spent many happy hours following her rec links. And thanks for these, Ali. Good work.
