(I was even present at the birth - yay! Okay, whom am I fooling; my memories are of a conference room, rowdy women, much food, and pinning "things" on Bodie and Doyle, LOL.)

Okay, and now for a synopsis: George Cowley is head of CI5, lord over his domain. He is stern, he is strict, and his men (and women) may call him The Cow but they obey him.

And what does George Cowley see, looking out over his domain? More than you might think.

Go off, and read it. It's short, but gives an insight not too many really think about.
