I'm so sorry, I forgot to post a reminder earlier in the week - it's been one of those weeks... If it's okay with everyone, I'll do the discussion post on Saturday rather than Friday, to give us all a bit longer (and people mostly don't respond until Saturday anyway). It's a shorter story this time, so hopefully a couple of days reading time is enough.
Thanks everyone who voted in the Reading Room poll - the overwhelming response was that 8/13 people voted for us to continue with Short individual winter/Christmas stories - so please start suggesting stories to add to the schedule, and if you can offer to host that would be great too, but if not then please suggest stories anyway! We currently have nothing to read after this weekend...

What do you think about O Yardley's There's An Old Mill..... ? It's quite short, would go well with week 14 or 15 oder even later. However, I am sure, there're a lot of Chritsmas Stories around worth to be discussed or getting a re-read.

Date: 2019-11-25 03:38 pm (UTC)As a matter of fact I would like to host a story, but I am not sure. Give me some time to check The Old Mill please. I know I like it, but I have to have a quick re-read before I say yes.
I'll tell you in a few days.
