Lads in the sunshine

I'm never sure whether to post to the_safehouse or ci5hq these days, but since I'm also not sure what's going on at the the_safehouse mods/tagging etc., here I am. Anyway... we haz sunshine! Summer has come to the lads, and so I was wondering... (*g*)

Do you have a favourite Pros story where the lads are surrounded by sunshine?
(Okay, I know Bodie doesn't look very sunshine-y there, but it was the best I could do before work/waiting for BT engineer to fix internet. He has his jacket off. Bodie, not the BT engineer. Though perhaps they do too... * g*)

A lot of my photos are still on my old computer, so they're not handy, but I like the one of them where Doyle is holding the rabbit. Definitely outside, though I won't guarantee glaring sunshine. *g* Oh, and where they're walking along the docks, right before they see the body like in my icon (sorry, I can't remember the woman's name.)

Oh yes, that's a cute picture - and with trees in blossom in the background! And I love the contrast of it all with the reason they're at the caravans...

And FF, of course! Yes, that's sunny, isn't it - though I tend to presume it's cold-ish for some reason. Maybe there aren't any leaves on trees? Or perhaps it's the idea of being without that fur coat so early in the morning... and Ann Seaford, btw!

I like the scene where they're under the trees by the river, and they both take off their jackets, so that they're all holster-y in the dappled light, and obviously Really Hot. Well, you know. *g* But for some reason I can't find a pic from that scene in my files... There's a bit of me kind of likes the fanon justification that the lads always wear their jackets in public to conceal holsters, no matter how hot they end up being. I imagine they need to strip off pretty quickly when they get home, in private... *vbg*

Ah, it was such a blazing sunshiny day today - lovely to think of the lads enjoying the heat of the day and one of those beautiful, warm dark summer evenings ... hmm, I shall think of them somewhere outdoors in the warm dark together. I think fic at least has placed them in a rose garden on just such an occasion! The op has been safely concluded, or the peril averted, but for some reason they're not back on duty until late tomorrow - or even later. Carpe noctem! :-)
