...because I was rubbish and completely forgot to post last Friday - I'm sorry! Feel free anyone, at any time, to kick me if it looks like I might not be doing something I'm supposed to be doing, cos I don't have anyone else to remind me! So... sneaking in before tomorrow's Cinema...

It's so hard to choose just one vid, mind - I want to rec so many! Do I choose one where there's a vid available to embed, for easy viewing? Do I choose one that's easy to find and download, at least? Do I choose the one that grabs me right now...? I think a combination of the first and last points, today, to make up a bit for the forgetting... *g*

This is a vid made by Ancastar for sc_fossil back in 2008 via the Sweet Charity auctions (here's the original post).

I really like this one - not just the way it tells the story of our lads set to music, and the excellent matching of the beat and the images and so on, but because it takes the idea of our lads as warriors together a bit further, and shows us that they've existed like that all through history - and I do like the idea of our lads eternally mated throughout history... *g*

There's some great lyrics in the song itself, really evocative of our lads and all their possible stories - love is the kill, and hold you close in victory, and of course your eyes touch me physically (we've all seen that in the eps!) Insetting the historical pictures felt really fresh too, and the wee warriors at the beginning are just fun! *g* Definitely worth a watch, if it's not already among your favourite vids and always worth a re-watch. *g*

Oh, stoopid Germany regs - I remember we lost all our vids from Enednoviel because of that. So unfair!

This is on my list of favourites. I love what she did with the chorus, and the way she matches the action to the music. Ancastar is a very talented vidder and is responsible for three of my favs in total.
