Thank you for this wonderful list, and to everyone who suggested stories. I've had to place a self-denying ordinance on myself as things were too busy to sit down and read before Xmas, but now I have a lovely lot of recs to work through! :))

Hee - it's hard to keep up with so much gorgeous reading, isn't it, especially with everything else going on! But even if I don't read the stories as we go, I remember most of them, and think about them, and that works for me too. How lush to just sit down and read, though... *g*

There were so many that I didn't have a chance to read, what with all the craziness of Christmas quickly descending. But I plan to get to some serious reading (now that I have a Kindle, but after I figure out how to download fanfic into it, *g*) in the coming days. There was so much, what with the recs, the Pros Christmas stories and the CI5 Box of Tricks all coming so close together. Some happy reading ahead!

Oh I know, there's no time before Christmas for anything - even I struggled, and I don't have the commitments that people with families do! But I like just remembering the fics too, even if I don't have a chance to read them... Happy reading now that times are quieter! *g*
