Pros Christmas Fic Advent Calendar
Nov. 27th, 2012 08:35 pmA month or so ago, I posted a poll asking if people would like to have a Pros Christmas Fic Advent Calendar again this year, and the vote was yes! Last year I accidentally didn't ask for sign-ups until the 2nd December (okay, I didn't really think of doing it until then... *g*) but this year I'm a wee bit more organised... sort of...
If you weren't around last year, here's what our advent calendar looked like - hit the "next" button to find all the posts for December - and the second post is actually the one where I invited everyone to join in, if you want to see how that worked... *g*
Basically, our Christmas Prosfic advent calendar is simply a post each day from someone, linking to a Christmas-y-ish Pros story. You can talk about it if you like, or post a picture with it, or something else Pros-y that it makes you think of, but the important thing is just to post a link to a Christmas-y-ish Pros story that you love and that others will hopefully love re-reading!
Hmmn - I guess if I was really ahead then I could make an advent calendar where the doors opened onto the fic that you'd linked to, too... I'll see how I get on with finishing my NaNoWriMo... but that's a technical detail that can come later. *g* What we need below is just volunteers for each day - you don't need to say what story you're going to link to/rec, in fact please don't tell us, cos an advent calendar is supposed to be full of happy surprises, right? *g*

Date: 2012-12-14 11:51 am (UTC)Sorry to just jump right in - I wanted to make sure we had something for the 14th and mornings are quite hectic here, so there's no time for posting.
I'm sure there'd be no objection to two rec's today!
