I was going to say it's an Aussie phrase meaning incredibly quickly, cos that's where I heard it most (though I think Doyle says it in an ep, cos I noticed it the other night - probably where I remembered it from!), but when I googled to find a link for you, the references are all to Eroll Flynn and are something quite different! I don't know whether there's two meanings now, or whether I've misunderstood it all my life! Better just ignore it, and I'll check with an Aussie or two when I can... *g*
