Mostly because I love the idea of Doyle walking as confidently as ever through Harrods - until he remembers what he's wearing - but going out to get Bodie his lunch anyway. Yes, Bodie's undercover as Father Christmas, and Doyle's one of his elves, and they're very much on an op... There are other fics with the same premise - Shopping Days, or Doyle the Copper All Felt Up - and this has been written since, but it's Sebastian, so we're starting with solid Pros quality, and it's Christmas, and it's definitely worth a read.

Yeh, the lads, together, on an op, dressed in ridiculous outfits and being nice to kids ... a potential recipe for sickly sweet but this story is fun and warm and perfect for Chrissy.
