This is a story I read in my first year in Pros--many, many years ago. *g* As such, it is a sentimental favorite of mine. But it also happens to hit two of my kinks--an outside observation of the lads (in this case, Anson's perspective), and glimpses of the lads over time as their relationship develops. (Yes, this was one of the inspirations for my story "Ringing in the Changes. *g*) We see the lads go from very prickly relationship to...well, you'll just need to read the story to find out!

Oh I forget about this one - it's fun to see the lads through other eyes now and then! I must admit it's not a favourite because it's very American in alot of places, and his waist and hips as narrow as a girl's annoys me every time I see it - I think either of them normally have a narrower waist than I've ever had, and I'm a girl! But I do like the sentiment and outlook in general... *g*

Yes, I knew you'd object to the Americanisms. *g* I just really like the idea of watching their relationship develop through the eyes of a squad member. The story leaves me feeling good, which is what I want from a Christmas story.

A really great story, I love how both men have such a strong presence, and are so attuned to each other (or working on it, in the beginning *g*). Very nice to read something from another agent's pov, too.

I very much enjoy the outside perspective, and that we see more than he does. And, yes, I love the way their relationship develops and they are so very clearly tied to each other.

I'm very fond of this story - it has some lovely images and moments. And I do like 3rd party pov sometimes! Love the way that although we see through his eyes, we actually see more than Anson sees ... until close to the end, when he realises what he's been seeing. And Anson and we realise together that he's finally ready to really see what's in front of his eyes.

And if this part-inspired your Changes that makes it extra-valuable! *g*
