A crossover with The Sentinel and a mild parody of the Gentle On My Mind series of zine novels about a brain-damaged, childlike Doyle and his relationship with his guardian, Bodie.

This one always makes me laugh: I particularly love the fiendishly bratty Doyle.

The ultimate fix-it story. What I think is wonderful about A Magical Christmas is that despite the wickedly funny parody (which makes me laugh out loud every single time), there are actually some sweet moments. I find the ending surprisingly effective (maybe I'm just desperately grateful that Doyle has been restored to his normal irascible adult self).

Oh yes, Doyle is quite a handful in this *g* I guess it's even funnier if you've read the Gentle On My Mind series, but I did enjoy it nevertheless, thank you for the rec :)
