I'm so sorry. Corrected now.

tbh I was extremely relieved to be able to post at all, being on the canals in the Cheshire countryside with nothing but a laptop running on battery power and a dongle to save my life. *g* I hastily drafted the post just before leaving home on Sunday so all I had to do was post it. I even asked in the pub on Tuesday night if they had wi-fi and was told no, because of the remote location there was no signal. But later on, I thought, isn't wi-fi based on cable broadband? and the wi-fi is just from a wireless router within the building? oh well.

Eh! No, no!!! Not the last other pairing discussion; I was prevented to get my turn because I was on the point to leave for my summer vacation (without an easy access to internet) and so unable to take a part in the thread of comments that would follow. Unfortunately I am leaving again soon; may I count on a date in September?

I feel so relieved! It was a shame, really, to miss such a great opportunity of enlarging the little circle. Well, seriously, I am not delusional to the point of thinking that a Bodie/Cowley pairing could catch the interest of more than five or six readers to the most but still...an honest woman is permitted to dream.

As for the timing, a glance to my work and travels schedule showed me that October would be more convenient for me. And that way the loyal OTP shippers of this community wouldn't be exposed to the risk of developing an allergy by non-OTP overdose.

I don't think it's a matter of the Bodie/Cowley pairing particularly, but these fics seem so well written that they are enjoyable and enthralling to read in their own right.
