Never Far Apart 2, which "premiered" at Close Quarters a few weeks ago, is now available for ordering.

The price is $38 - this does not include postage, and as it is unusually thick and heavy (almost 2 lbs and an inch thick), shipping costs are unavoidably a bit higher than for many zines.
