I freely admit this is the exact same post I made to the Safehouse.  So if you've read that one, you'll probably want to skip this one.

Hi.  I've decided to play the role of cheerleader.  Partly out of shameless self-interest and partly to bring attention to something really worthwhile.

Some of you may already be familiar with www.sweet-charity.net, which is a fan driven auction.  Creatives in various fandoms offer up things like fic, vids, icons, clothing, jewelry, etc. for auction.  Proceeds go to a worthy charity.  This time, the recipient is RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network).

Probodie is involved, offering icons (yay you!).  I'm offering a vid in a group of fandoms I enjoy and have source material for (but I will admit here and now I would love to work on a Pros piece :-) ).  Right now, there are two other vidders offering Pros vids:  Lithium Doll (who is responsible for the auction--yay her!) and Fabella (who I have to admit I'm not familiar with, but yay her too!).

Let's get more folks involved either as contributors or bidders.  It should be fun to work on.  Check out the site and see what you think.
