I've read it - but I really don't think that I'm capable to answer it properly!
First because I really stopped reading.
Second because I'm no native speaker and in some discussions I really miss that!
Third because nobody could convince me that a gag in the mouth or nipple clamps are romantic or a sign for deep trust!
Those dominatrix pictures in my head are just telling a story of dominance and humiliation...
