I tend to think it's the other way round with Angelfish writing more recently than some of the other writers who have used or touched on this theme - at least the stories I've read and remembered seem to be earlier, maybe there are later ones I've overlooked? People such as Helen Raven, Lois Welling and Christy and they're just the ones I remember off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more. And the child abuse theme is compounded by the stories which contain reference to teenage rape (e.g. Bodie on board ship as a young teenager) by people such as Glasgow, Jane and Brenda Antrim. Not to mention them being raped as adults.
